Assistant Manager- Finance & Accounts

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor, Prepare and maintain financial accounting related functions, supervising closely on day to day transactions being captured timely for smooth monthly accounts closing.

Must be capable to manage existing ERP and able to replace existing ERP into SAP platform.

Involve in updating and preparation of various daily and monthly reports relating to accounts and finance.

Ensure monthly accounts closing and reports within the deadline for providing data to the management of the company for further consolidation and decision making purpose.

Maintaining financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the requirements of the related bodies – Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.

Ensure transactions duly comprised and classified in the ledger to help preparation of financial statements.

Develop and control a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively managed.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

At-least 4-5 years relevant working experience in any local/multinational FMCG industry.

Sound knowledge on costing and cost components.

Sound Knowledge on SAP.

Strong, dynamic but amiable.

Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.

Confident and highly motivated with a pleasant personality as well as ability to work under pressure.
