Position: Asst. Depot In-Charge/Depot In-Charge
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise overall activities of Sales Center to ensure proper supply and timely delivery of medicine in the market as per demand for smooth operation in a cost effective manner.
- Monitor the activities of Sales Representatives to ensure that the collection against bill and outstanding is recovered on-time.
- Oversee the proper maintenance of inventory to maintain optimal level of the stock for uninterrupted supply of the medicine as per demand of allocated areas.
- Look into the causes of returned medicine and take necessary steps to reduce the quantity of the returned medicine.
- Monitor overall administrative activities including vehicle and security management to ensure proper and uninterrupted operation and maintenance of the depot.
- Take necessary initiatives to ensure proper implementation of ISO guidelines.
- Provide insights around pharma industry trends, benchmarks and best practices.
- Any other activities assigned by the Management.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Graduate/ Masters in any subject preferably with business background from any reputed university. Professional degree in supply chain management/inventory management will be given preference.
- 5-7 years of relevant working experience is required for Assistant Depot In-Charge position. For Depot In-charge, candidate should have 8-10 years working experience in the relevant field among which 2-3 years working experience as Depot In-Charge preferably in pharmaceuticals industry.
- Candidate should have strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with flexible organization skill, people development skill, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Good expertise in MS Office package and adequate knowledge in the area of both inter & intra industries are also desirable.
- Age limit is not more than 45 (forty five) years. But it may be relaxed for highly qualified and experienced candidates.
