U.S. Embassy Dhaka is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Travel Assistant.

Advises Mission Staff regarding official travel, US Government travel regulations, airlines, International Air Transport Association (IATA), and host government rules and practices. Expedites official travelers through airport formalities, procures visas and permits, and performs other related travel services in accordance with ICASS service standards. Ensures accuracy of ICASS workload count statistics.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in science, arts or commerce (U.S. equivalent Two years of College Studies) is required. (You must attach a copy of your certificates along with your application form.)
At least three (3) year of progressively responsible experience in airline reservations office or related mission office is required.
Language: Good working knowledge (speaking, reading & writing) in English and Fluent (speaking/reading/writing, may include the ability to translate) in Bangla. This may be tested.
